The working principle of the common rail pressure sensor: when the pressure in the common rail causes the shape of the silicon diaphragm to change (approximately 1 mm at 150 MPa), the resistance value of the resistance layer connected to the diaphragm will also change, and the changed resistance value will cause the 5V The voltage at the output end of the electric bridge (Wheatstone bridge) changes. Through the processing of the amplifying circuit, the output voltage of the signal terminal changes between 0-5V, and the ECU will calculate the current common rail pressure according to this voltage.
