Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the received item. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are private or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item is marked as a gift when it is purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the product is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver has already shipped the order to himself and sent it to you later, we will change to the gift giver, and he will find out your return.
